About Us
The Louisville Asset Building Coalition (LABC) is a collaborative of over sixty organizations connecting low-income individuals to equitable financial services. To date, LABC has helped more than 10,000 individuals receive the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) through free tax preparation. LABC was formed in 2001 with the support of the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Metro United Way, and The Center for Women and Families.
